Your data, and your schedule.

We ask clients to send us their master schedules. That trust is the foundation of the work, so we state plainly what we collect, what we never do, and how project information is handled.

We run no analytics, set no cookies, serve no advertising, and operate no mailing list. Nothing you do on this site is profiled.

Nothing is sold

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your project data with anyone, for any purpose.

Schedules stay private

Client schedules and cost data are handled under NDA, never published, and never used as reference or portfolio material.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Whitehawk Ventures LLC is a project controls and schedule advisory firm based in Mesa, Arizona. Questions about this policy may be sent to info@whitehawkventures.net.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, company or project name, email address, and the message you write.
  • Technical information. When the form is submitted, our server records the submitting IP address and a timestamp. This is used solely to identify and block automated abuse.
  • Correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the discussion.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry, to discuss a possible engagement, and to prevent abuse of the contact form. That is the whole of it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for 24 months from the date of last contact, then deleted. Where an engagement follows, records are retained under the terms of that engagement and applicable professional and tax requirements.

Who else sees it

  • Our host. This site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes web requests and email on our behalf.
  • Content delivery networks. Pages load styling and typography from third-party networks (Cloudflare’s cdnjs, jsDelivr, and Google Fonts). Your browser contacts those services directly, and they receive your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from them.

We do not share your information with any other party, and we never sell it. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and analytics

We set no cookies. We run no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising. If your browser stores anything from this site, it originates from the content delivery networks named above, not from us.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@whitehawkventures.net and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and inquiry records are held in access-controlled email accounts. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential project files through the contact form — we will arrange a secure transfer method once an NDA is in place.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.

Client Confidentiality

Project schedules, cost data, and program information are among the most sensitive documents a capital program produces. Our commitments to clients are these.

  • Everything under NDA. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before any schedule, cost data, or program information changes hands.
  • Never published. Client schedules are never published, displayed, or used as reference, portfolio, or marketing material. The sample report on this site is illustrative and built on synthetic data.
  • Never used to train anything. Client data is not used to train, tune, or evaluate any machine learning system.
  • Need-to-know only. Where specialist support is engaged, access is limited to what the work requires, and every person is bound by equivalent confidentiality terms.
  • You own the deliverables. Client owns all work product prepared under an engagement. Whitehawk retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, and analytical tools.
  • Returned or destroyed. At the close of an engagement, or on written request, client materials are returned or destroyed, subject to routine backup retention and any legal obligation to retain.
